  1. Our library of menus is extensive and diverse, from North African tagines and Lebanese mezze, Argentinean asados and Brazilian churrascarias, Japanese izakaya and sushi, to Spanish cocina neueva, tapas and pintxos.



  2. We pride ourselves on producing food from the freshest of ingredients, sourcing them from local producers and organic suppliers wherever possible. 



  3. We not only design the food, but how it is eaten.  From tiny soup sips, contemporary glass or themed canape trays, bento boxes, bowl food, formal plated to stunning buffet dinners. We can advise on mixing formats for an event to get something memorable and unique.
